A Midwest-grown, California-cured poet, author, interdisciplinary artist, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in North Carolina (#00227) and California (#151660). I’m constantly experimenting with mixed media; currently loving acrylic ink, watercolor, gouache, and oil pastel. I’m also a crocheter, jewelry designer, maker of altered books, and an oracle/tarot deck creator.

I’ve published five volumes of poetry: Grimoire (2020), Metanoia (2021), Rootwork (2022), Voidsong (2023), and Womblore: & Other Haunted Houses (2025). My poetry was longlisted for the 2024 Frontier Poetry Hermit Crab Challenge, and my written and visual work has appeared in art journals and magazines such as The Hopper, FERAL, Rogue Agent, The Inflectionist Review, and Ink & Marrow. In 2025, my poetry was nominated for Best of the Net.
