A Midwest-grown, California-cured poet, author, multidisciplinary artist, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in North Carolina (#00227) and California (#151660). My preferred mediums are acrylic paint, oil pastel, digital art, and mixed media. I’m also a crocheter, jewelry designer, maker of altered books, and an oracle/tarot deck creator.

I’ve published five volumes of poetry: Grimoire (2020), Metanoia (2021), Rootwork (2022), Voidsong (2023), and Womblore: & Other Haunted Houses (2025). My poetry was longlisted for the Frontier Poetry Hermit Crab Challenge, and my written and visual work has appeared in art journals and magazines such as The Hopper, FERAL, and Rogue Agent.
